We are based in Northern NSW, a short drive south of the Gold Coast, and act for clients throughout the region and Australia wide.
Consultations can be held by phone or video, so you can get advice quickly without travel — and you deal with Angie directly, not a rotating team.
Cross-border matters are common here. Living on the Gold Coast while your former partner is in NSW (or the reverse) does not change your rights: family law in Australia is federal law, applied by the Federal Circuit and Family Court in both states.
